187 days feeling great

First off Happy New Year God Bless And I hope everyone is well I have come a long way 187 great days a going foreword. I didnt always think the days were great I hated alot of those early days but with a lot of help from all my friends here I survived what I never thought I could handel. And for that I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Anyway I have been doing fine and enjoying every minute of it had nice quiet holidays with family. Dont under estimate the power of FAMILY Cuz mine stood by my side especially my wife she was great. Much love to her. I dont really have any problems all my depression is gone totally gone thank God That was not nice.Well I just wanted to touch basas and let you all that to hang in there and you will win so good luck and God Bless

HEY DUDE thanks for checking in good to see you and im glad your doing good  real happy the depression lifted it usually will if you give it time so many want to jump on the antidepressant bandwagon b/4 they give there body a chance hope you have a happy and sober new year.......Gnarly
