how long does it take to come off nplus completely
from having 15 a day
cut down to 2 in morning and 2 in night?

I would if you can taper with discipline to cut one every 3 days. This will lessen the withdrawals and also try to do physical things to keep your mind off them. I think you are cutting too quickly by the sounds of it.

Also sitting around not doing anything was the hardest part for me.

You want to have enough that stops withdrawals but doesn't give you a high feeling. I used to take 6 pills at a time. So then I had 3, would keep me normal but I wouldn't mentally feel it if that makes sense.

i feel so bad i went to college yes2day and had withdraws and i took 2 at college and den 3 in the evening
and today ive taken 2 about half an hour ago
i feel like when im cutting down its not working
i don't know if its cause im cutting down to fast

Just keep telling yourself you can do it and will do it. I found the hardest part was being bored. I liked to take a handful of NPlus then randomly nap throughout the day. Now that I'm clean I have to keep myself busy.

After I went CT off 6 pills daily I didn't crave it and myself have a box of 30 sitting in the draw from 3 weeks ago. No thoughts of consuming them have entered my mind but when I look at the box I do think of all the time wasting of going around Pharmacies, lying to Pharmacists and how much money it has costs me! :P

I feel too good to ever go back and you will to! Plus I never want to experience the withdrawals I had ever again lol.

thank you soooo much u have helped a lot
ive cut down to one a day, well this is my first day of taking one
i can't just stop taking them because I am pregnant  
and the doc said that going ct can make my baby addicted to them,
so hopefully i will be off them completely by the end of this week.
im 5 weeks gone so i am praying that this addiction has not done anything. to my baby and that i have stopped just in time.
ive had a few withdrawals like the runs and feeling hot and cold but that just been today.
having a really hot bath helps before i go to bed.
i feel good and it can be done, its hard don't get me wrong but willpower and my family and of cause u guys has got me this far,
i am sitting here with a box of 17 pills and don't feel like taking any.
in the past that  box would of been gone by now and i would be lieing to boyfriend about there im going.

nurofen plus is ibuprofen and codeine
ibuprofen has 200g and codeine has 12.8mg in it

If you were to cut down from 15pills daily to 4 daily it would take your body 3-5 days to adjust and you will have some kind of withdrawals. Then if you were to stop completely from 4 pills daily it would take another 3-5 days for it to leave your body fully.

Codeine has a half life of 12hours. So every 12hours the amount in your body 1/2s. 2 in the morning = 25.6mg and 2 in the evening = 25.6mg total = 51.2mg Codeine.
