Geez, I wish I was stronger mentally. I firmly believe perspective is soo important. My perspective is all screwed up. Instead of embracing clean time I am counting the days to my next refill or trying to find "something" to hold me until then... My heads not in the game. Sorry, don't mean to discourage, my attitude just sux:(  altho it stinks I have CT'ed off many different opiates...it's the long term I can't seem to swing

I totally could have written bits of this myself "counting til my next refill" "something to hold me until then" I myself WANT and understand and see it all, but the hold these opiates take...Perspective and strength are in all of us I think,but I just wanted to say I am so relating right now....
