NO STOPPEN ME NOW!!!

A week ago today I took my last pill(S). Of course went through hell for a few days, but today I am on top of the world!!! Cant believe how great, clear and focused I am. I am not naive enough to believe that everyday will be this good, but hey.... today is, and I am running with it. Flushing those pills were the smartest, scariest, event I have done in many years. I was so affraid of withdrawl, but looking back.......I am so HAPPY I did it, and you will be too. All thats requires is a strong desire, positive attitude, good support, and a plan in place, that is unbreakable. NO MATTER WHAT.  You too can do this, and be HIGH ON LIFE. I am sure am. Have a sober day everyone, it is amazing!!!!!!

I remember how scared you were! Congrats! I start day five today and while not pleasant the first few days were better because I stayed as busy as I could. I was taking Hydrocodone. The detox from Tramadol was far worse. I just hope I can stay clean. I'm by myself and going back to work and being around people will be triggers for sure. But I will stay strong!

Jen, you're so amazing! I'll bet you're glad you don't have to "secretly detox" at work, lol! ;) You have come so far in just a week. Hopefully some of the new folks will read this and be encouraged. I am so glad you are having such a good day!
