any help out there for vicoden withdrawls?

Like Gizzy said check out the thomas' recipe in the health pages,top right.There is also an amino acid protocol.I used the 5 hour energy drinks and they have many of the amino acids listed in the protocol.Exercise is the best weapon to combat the fatigue and all the other symptoms of w/d.Try motrin and hot baths for the body aches.Have you thought about what you are going to do for recovery care yet? If not,nows the time to get something in place,meetings or one on one counseling.The physical part is rough but the mental part is the real battle.....Keep reading and posting.All the best...Kim

The 1000mg is not the amount of hydro in the pill that is the Tylenol in the pill.So you are taking 15,000 milligrams a day that is a toxic amount to your liver .
So its very important for you too get off it .The tomas recipe will help you might want to talk to the doctor about colondine that can help with wd as well as muscle relaxer to help with body aches zanaflex work very well for me. Ive been taking ten to fifteen vicodens a day usually 1000mg, im going cold turkey and im drained!! I dont have any energy, depressed a little mostly my body aches. I would love Chuck's recipe

Welcome to the forum. How many were you taking. Did you already stop? If you look in the top right of this page, you will see health pages. In there is the thomas recipe that can help with w/d's a bit. There are some different things you can take to help with sleep, melatonin worked well for me. Good luck.
