Well now...I'm actually @ work!..my leggs are killing me...this ending of day 4.  Jesus help me please.  *** I pray to god I wake up feeling better behind this.....omg.  hot bath when I get home for sure.  Please pray for me....I only have an hour & a half left to go..b4 I can leave!!!   Don't understand how I made it!!!

Honest to God I am so impressed.  On day four I was rocking and cryin' like a baby.  Crawling to the bathtub and back.  You are doing AMAZE BALLS!

Hi well you should be feeling a bit better by tomorrow you need to put potassium in your system it hleps a lot with the leg cramps  eat bananas let us know how you feel in the morning I will pray for you...Gnarly

Well somehow I made it thru work...thank god I'm off tomorrow...which will be day 5....I swear my leggs feel like they should not be attached to my *** body!!...this is cccrrrraaaaazzzzyyyy!.  They really hurt!...please don't take offense...but...I sat for about 15 or 20 minutes just to try to eat a lil something....now my *** butt cheeks even hurt!!...oh dear god!!...this is sooo sooo very sick...but I'm gonna keep pushing thru.

You have to cross this arduous bridge to reach the freedom that awaits you.  It is SO worth it.  How wonderful it feels to be FREE from the chains of this addiction.   You KNOW you want it bad enough.  The first week is the worst of it and you're almost there, friend.  You ARE doing this!  I applaud you.

Hello there....Work is a challenge yes, I agree.  Do you have a physical job, or are you in customer service? THAT can be a challenge, trying to smile with everyone when you feel smiley on the inside.  Congratulate yourself with getting the day in, it is almost over for you.....the days keep adding up, and the only way to go is to keep pushing through.....
