day 7 feeling good

Wow day 7 today and I woke up from a solid 5 hrs of sleep which is good for me since I really dont get that much when I'm working. Seem to b more clear headed so far this morning almost like the fog of war is lifted. I do b elieve that u must keep busy even when u dont think u can that really seems to help me. And all the folks on here have really,really helpful which is second to none when going thru the rough times!! Just gotta take it hr by hr,day by day....when I think about it 7 days has come pretty quick...it does get better everyday,staying strong!!!       Thank you all for being here!!!!

Great Job so far. Just know that you will have some waves come in & go. It just takes time for all the wiring in our brain to balance back after the removal of any Substances.This is all part of the process so just keep that in mind and keep doing whatever you are doing..Whatever works for the one working it. I sure hope you do look into some kind of Aftercare for Support. Life is not always a big bowl of cherries, so we sure have to learn all we can to stay safe and swing that big sword at the Evil Guy when he comes a calling. I wish you peace and serenity throughout your Journey in Life.

Congratulations on seven days! Music and dance parties with my little ones is my favorite! My oldest daughter says mom please stop lol but the little ones think I am funny. These are memories that will stick with not only you but them too! :) keep pushing thru you are doing GREAT!

The power of good music and dancing around with my twin 4 yr old boys is priceless,havent felt that REAL enjoyment in a very long time. They r helping daddy out and they dont even know it....God bless u all
