It sounds like you turned the corner and most of the bad stuff is over. Congratulations! 9 hours of sleep is great...especially on day 4. Stay busy like you are and set up some aftercare. You know...church, therapy, ect. There are many types of programs out there. Just get involved with something. Recovery is more than just detoxing. Its a process of healing that takes time and a program. Good luck and God bless
