I am going to try the Thomas Recipe to get off Suboxen. Can someone tell me how can I get valium from a my doctor when she knows I'm a addict and she might think I will abuse it.  Maybe I should go to a different doc? Thanks

u dont need the valium. punkinhead gave u a good reason on y u dont need it. i took a 3 n 1 vitamin...clacium/magnesium/zinc vitamin i took 4 n the morning and 4 n the evening. i think it helped alot wiht my wds. good luck to ya again.

Check out the amino acid protocol.  Valium isnt needed.

I suggest getting honest with your doctor as well as yourself.  Do you really want to be done with the pills or just suboxone?  To me taking valium to get off suboxone is like drinking beer to stop drinking whiskey.  It's still gonna keep me drunk. Perhaps the doctor can recommend a good way to get off the subs.  WD's are tough but we all go through them when getting cleaned up.  You are not alone. There are folks here that can give some good advice on how to best deal with sub WD.  I wish you the best in whatever you decide to do.  Openess and honesty has been the saving grace in my life.  God Bless!!!!

I would just tell your DR what you are trying to do.  She may not give you valium but you need to be honest.  I went cold turkey 6 days ago off of a 240-300 mg oxy snortin habit per day.  I had no meds at all and guess what??  Im still alive!!!  It was not fun of course but its doable if your mind is made up that you are done being shackled by drugs.  God has helped me immensely through this process and I recommend alot of hot showers.....I literally took one every hour for the first 4 days.  I wish you luck and keep posting!  God bless
