Over a big CONGRATS on 76 days that is a great accomplishment. Isn't it great to have your life back and to go back to the simple things that make us happy. Keep it up you are doing fantastic and don't worry about the cough medicine as you handled it like a trooper and that incident only shows how strong your resolve is to stay clean. It's not what we say we are going to do it is what we do so Keep on Keepin on your doing great. God Bless---Rick

No I definitely would NOT call that a relapse.  You've held your ground, stopped taking it and you're moving forward.  NOT a relapse in my book.

So keep feeling proud because you EARNED this.  :)

Thank-you so much.I do have a question though a couple weeks after I quit I had a cough my MIL(who had no idea I quit because I kept it very private but she has no idea I was strung out cause us addicts can put on a  good show).Anyway she was being nice went to the pharmacy to get me some OTC cough syrup.I took it twice b4my husband looked at the bottle&said Omg babe this has codiene n it.She got it by asking the pharmacist4it from behind the counter which I didnt even know u could get opiates at all w/o a presciption but its I guess a super low amount.I FREAKED out my husband he didnt think it is considered a relapse because I didnt know, didnt get a buzz at all(I actually threw up from the2nd teaspoon).I didnt change my tracker.I should've asked when it happened if you all think that this is something I should consider a relapse, should I change my tracker?
