...1 month of use probably wouldnt require a super long taper as the taper would be longer than ur time of use..but a tqaper is important and do not stay alone if u can avoid it to be on the safe side
and yes..rls is a symptom that goes withtram wd..i personally have never been addicted to trams but a friend is..she did not have rls with hydro detox but said it plagues her with tram detox..and she detoxes from trams every 2 weeks when she runs short of her scrip...she said depression is the worst part of it tho
thank you very much for the info!
RLS, oh yes, I get it every time I run short on my Norco's and it is probably similar with Trams withdrawal. My girlfriend timed it for me one night. Every 11 seconds I jerked. It builds up over a few seconds and you just jerk and can't control it. I was kicking her in the but making it hard for her to sleep. You should do fine though because you sound like you have the will. It takes a good chink of will to do it. But you will. I also noticed very few mentions here of RLS with withdrawal. A funny thing happened to me. I first started taking Vicodin for a broken foot the doc's gave it to me for about 3 months and one day I just thought "I better stop these before I get hooked" I was new to Vicodins then and Didn't know anything about them. When I stopped (cold turkey) I was up kicking and jerking for three nights (I even thought it was the Nyquil I took cuz I was sick at the time with the flu) and so I went to my regular doctor to find out why. I didn't know it was the withdrawals. So he had me schedule a sleep test and I was diagnosed with sleep apnia & restless leg syndrom. I got the pills for those but of course the symptoms were all better by then. Good luck, you will do it!
I am currently detoxing (still) off the Trams, yes, RLS is a side effect. I found getting up and walking every 1/2 hour helpfull. Nights are the worst, I also found that a hot shower before bed helped that too. Also am using herbals valerian and cramp bark. There are several anti cramp herbals on the market- they may be marketed as menstral cramp releaf- vhat I have found is that a cramp is a cramp and any muscle relaxer will help...
Whether it been a month or 4 years that's not the Issue The issue is that you are taking 20 to 25 a day and that is seriously dangerous to come off of .If you don't want to do a long taper that your choice but plz make sure to taper down do NOT ct off of 20 pills a day .If you want some help with a quick taper plan let me know .I can help you out it was my DOC as well.
