Tramadol withdrawl
Hi everyone. I'm new as of today. This is day 4 of no tramadol. I'm cold turkeying it. Wow is this a bad thing! I never dreamed that a " non narcotic" drug would do this! I thought I could just quit it and be fine, in pain of course but not deathly ill! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You are on day four that is great ... It can be very dangerous ct off of tramadol there is a risk of sezuires however being on day 4 you should be past the concern of that. happening .Good news the worst of the WD is almost over .In the next day or two you will be feeling a whole lot better . If you Are not on any antidepressants there are some supplements that will help you feel better faster Tyrosine for energy 5hpt for mood .Magnesium and calcium and a ,multi vit ,plus vit B6 12. You can do this .
