Will vitamins help

Ive tapered down to 2 pills a day (10mg each). I have no get up and go at all. I feel tired and fatigued, among other things. Has any of you tried Vitamin b complex to help with your energy level? If so, does it help at all? I have to make myself get off my butt and so things.

I was actually wondering if I should be breaking them in half and taking  4 doses instead of 2. I wrote down the tyrosine so I will pick me up some of that tomorrow also. I did stay at 25mgs for a little longer than I wanted to, I wait to see how I feel before I drop another. Maybe I dropped to 20 to soon. Im leaving on saturday to go to florida with my parents. I need to get away from here for a while. Leave all the stress of the past few days here and just go have some me time. Maybe laying around the beach will do me a world of good! May even come home with a new attitude...oh my hubby can only wish..lol. thank you for your wonderful advice.

Hi mj. You should be cutting the pills in half at this point and take them 4 times a day as opposed to taking 1 pill twice a day. Then go to 3 - 1/2 pills a day and so on. I have been using tyrosine and b12. The b12 i use is the stuff you put under your tongue so it is absord rite into your blood stream rather than going thru your digestive system. It seems to be giving me more energy. You mite be taperring to fast or putting to much time between your doses rite now. Taperring is a long process. Just stay in tune with what your body is telling you. You are doing really well. Keep taking it slow and dont rush things.

My hubby uses a high concentration B6 with a Bcomplex. He's also making himself walk 20min a day. He's 8 days clean off methadone and the w/d's were NASTY but he reckons the vitamins definitely helped.
