how much or how long?

Which is the bigger problem. Taking a little for years (10mg Norco daily or 50 mg for 2 months)?

Would be a very do-able thing to quit...you could try 1/2 or 5 mg for a while and then quit...sounds like u have been able to manage it which is more than I can say for myself...but i was able to take them off and on like one here and there for a long time before I jumped ito addiction and tolerence occurred....I remember when I would pop a 5mg in half!...scary thing is it is hard to know when that will happen and it may never for you...or it could...dont know but it is bothering you so it may be something you need to address...keep posting

Because my usage is about 10 mg 6 days a week in the evenings. Ive been doing it for about 3-4 years. Never had to increase dosage such only from 7.5 to 10. I also only take in late afternoons. Primarily to get geared up next day for work and because of the rest it gives me. I exercise like crazy so I also think that's a major factor in tolerance. I would say Im definitely dependent on it at the least.

tough one and I dont think there is a technical answer to that one...everyone is different....if i had to choose i would choose to be the one who took 10 for years...seems there was no tolerence build up or the dosage would have increased over time..then again many can take 50 mg a day for 2 months and have no problem stopping after that short of time...others factors come in to play like prior addictions and behavior...WHY?

It may be the difference between addicted or dependent if there is really a difference.
