Ugh - messed up....

Well.... I had planned to not take my morning Norco and take my Elimidrol. I woke up in so much pain I couldn't do it. I'm so mad at myself.... I did drink the Elimidrol when I would have taken the 2nd dose. I plan to take my mid evening Norco then drink the Elimidtol before bed. This will take me down to 3 again... Thursday when my daughter doesn't work (she'll be off until Saturday) I'm going to push hard to take nothing but the Elimidrol. My doctor did call in Visteril. Has that helped anyone's anxiety??

I am super grateful to be able to taper. My mom was cut off from 20 years of taking Ativan. We just found her a good doctor that is helping her. I was just feeling down on myself. I'm doing much better today and am sticking to my schedule. Thanks for the support!

Just move forward, but know most of us cannot have any access at all or we'll cave. Our mind is powerful, and our thoughts can take over before we realize. You've still made progress, don't let this be a setback at all.

Hun, if the doctor gave you a schedule be grateful. Most doctors just cut people off. So stick tot he schedule. I know, it is easy for me to say. Do you have someone who can hold them for you and give them to you according to the schedule? It is so tempting to have those around and accessible. I want to see you succeed so set yourself up for success and have a plan.
