i am a 25 yr old boy. i am in addiction of drinking corex everyday. i drink atleaste 4 file everyday.
but now i want to leave my habit, please help me

Depending how long u have been taking this stuff u may feel bad for a while it dosen't just go away in a few day's, you will go thru withdrawl maybe, like i said i don't know how long u have been doing this so be prepared just in case for the w/d if you start feeling really bad and have to use the restroom and stomach etc... then u will know that youare having simpton's of withdrawl.

First of all you are not a boy you are a man 25 is a grown man. I know nothing abt corex i think u should see a doctor you are young so get help now it will be alot easier for you than a few yr's down the line i promise.GOOD LUCK:))

If not remember how good you felt about yourself before you began your habit compared with how you feel now.

Be honest with those who are closest to you as they can be a source of strength for you.

If you can decrease the amount you drink and then stop, that will help you.  Do you have someone who can help you?  A doctor maybe?  I think that corex has codeine in it???  It will make you feel bad to stop, but it only lasts a few days!
