Visiting doc tomorrow, what questions and meds should i ask for

Tomorrow will be the third time i've tried to stop.  I was fairly successful the second time i'd tried it, but relapse after I got badly injured again.  Funny things is, this was the exactly jumping point i had last year.  The day before memorial day weekend, thinking it will take me 4 to 5 days to beat this.  Well it took 21 days to feel "normal" or as close to normal as I can be.  Day 1-14 was not joke and even though i was better prepared for it then the first time, it was still pertty rough.  The abuse has double and the opiates are stronger this time around.  What i need is some advice on what to ask for from the doc.

Last year, I got a trial package of Requip for the RLS and low dosage of xanax for the anxiety.  I dont' think the Xanax did anything for me, I might have to request some other form of Benzos, need your help in deciding what.  I will also ask for Clonidine.

From my experience last years, this is what i have already:
Plenty of Glaceau Vitiman water (to get my B6 complex, energy, hydration, and potasium)
Spend close to $100 at GNC getting the aminos acids and vitamin listed on the health page
Epson salt
6 days off of work
Imonium AD
Bananas

What am i missing or what more should i add to this?  I'm really jealous of people stating that everything is okay after 4 or 5 days.

You seem to know what your in for. Hey it doesnt matter if its your third or tenth time around -- all that matters is you've decided to clean up.  Try the trazodone that the eagle recommended.. Dont bother with Ambien or Lunesta - it wont help... I took Lunesta through detox and for all I know a tic tac would have been more effective.  You know you can get through it - you have done it before.  Just stay strong and prepare for the 'staying' clean part.. much harder than the 'getting' clean part.  Best of luck!

You might want to add emetrol to the list. OTC med for stomach problems ...... You might possibly want a sleep med for a week or so.  Trazodone is both effective and safe. Some docs prescribe nuerontin for both pains and the sweats.  I would highly endorse the amino's - in particular L-Tyrosine for the malaise / fatigue and 5-HTP for the brain...keep reading and asking questions until you have all of the answers...........
