The vitamins DO make a difference. My addict brain said they wouldn't, but then I thought "hey, I was downing all those pain pills everyday, these can't hurt me compared to those". I usually get an energy and mental burst after taking them. And I really do smell like a vitamin. Even my bf commented on it last night. Makes me wonder what I smelled like before? Eeeew! Lol
Hi I just bought the l tyrosine this morning along with evening primrose oil. I also use b6 and potassium. I'm looking for anything to get my addicted brain back to somewhat normal. Lol if it ever was! Lol

Potassium along with the magnesium will help with the restless legs I would also suggest valerian root for anxiety and also help with sleep at night and meletonin to help with sleep to. Also vitamins b-6 and b-12 to help with fatigue. And they also sell a med OTC at Walmart called restless legs u can take before bed that will help with the legs at night also and as always get ya a good multi vitamin.

I've been taking B stress with C, Multi-Vitamin, Tyrosine (for nerves/mood), Lyposine for tissue health (had sores on my mouth from yawning so much) Gingko Biloba, Acidophilus to help rebalance my digestive tract, and melatonin with therasine (green tea supplement) at night. I swear I smell like a multi vitamin now...LOL! Oh, and Emergence. Still got a cold though. Oh well, THAT I can handle.
b12 sublingual tablets - good for energy.
