I would think that a counselor would help you. Sounds like a lot of things are buried. Too many to try to work them out on your own. You can't bury them forever either. They come up in all sorts of ways. Drugs, to be numb, self hate depression etc. Let this year be a year for change in your life. Be patient with the process as it takes time to peel off the layers.
welcome ,
You need to talk to the doctor about tapering you off the klonopin they will be able to decided whether you need to be hospitalized or not ,doctors normally taper you off with Valium. if you try to go CT from klonopin you can have seizures and in some cases it has caused death ... so plz work this out with your doctor ... as for the smoking this is a mental addiction something like an addiction specialist might help.good luck
Hello Rozanna,
Your question is an easy one believe it or not do you have to use?
i would have to say therapy would def help... also DO NOT stop the klonipin suddenly or abruptly, this can be sooo dangerous...taper off slowly.
you have to figure out how to start or where to start to get back on track, you cant deal with it all at once...pick 1 thing and tackle that first...trying to do it all at once will only overwhelm you...take care.
Well I went in detox on the 16th my doctor said that it was too dangerous to just take me off the klonopin so I ended up in detox. I have done ok I have been clean off klonopin for about 8 days I haven’t used but gosh I’m in so much pain my back, my stomach, my head, my body feels like I have been ran over twice. My nose is runny and I feel dizzy and at times feel like I’m lost. I really want them and I know that so I’m trying to stay in bed and not think about them I did get a shrink I go Wednesday I’m really thrilled with that too. I really wanted to be clean but I didn’t expect to be this miserable, does anyone know how long the withdraws last? And did anyone feel like they were filled with air (I feel like I’m 5 months pregnant) any advice would be helpful thanks to all !
