B6 and B12 will help a ton!!! It's diuretic which means you urinate it out and will benefit more if you can take some every 4 hours. There is a VitaminWater called Revive that I LOVE when my energy is zapped. There is another one that has even more B6 and B12 so check the labels. Also, you can get a B complex solution that you place under your tongue 2x day but I can't remember the name of it at the moment.
When I was going to the gym a bunch I found that whey proteins did help however my stomach couldn't tolerate some of them, I found one that I could though. It's Optimum Nutritions Gold Standard Natural Whey, it's whey is easier to digest. I had less bloating, less sluggish feeling and no runs! lol Also it has tryptophan, tyrosine, threonine and several other amino acids which are all needed.
The ltyrosine is h what worked for me I also took it with 5hpt and i worked out everyday it seemed to do the trick ...
I'm taking stressease by jamieson, the most maximum potency multivitamin I could find, b6 caps and tons of ester-c. Anything else I can take. Doing l tyrosine but not sure if it's helping or just making me more on edge. Trying to think positive and keep my eyes on the big picture but I hate how I can't function right now.
are you taking any supplements and exercise helps a whole lot for getting energy back
Hey moon, it's me again. I know the vitamin that helped most for me is the liquid b complex. I take that with 1000mg of vitamin c and that helps a bit with the energy. I know the whey protien is supposed to help but i cannot drink it. Someone said ensure helps too...there is alot of vitamins in it. Hang in there girl! PS...i did force myself to the gym two days and seemed to help too. I didn't think i would be able to do much but actually suprised myself once i got there. Take care and stay strong.
