its a good idea to stay on supplements a minimum of 90 days thats how long it takes just to begin to reset your brain chemistry most of what you will read will tell you a full year is a good idea the brain recovers slowly you will notice changes well into a year recovery this is a slow gradual process hope this helps good luck with your recovery congrats on 37days clean and God bless......Gnarly
Glutamine however, is good to take all the time, it's brain food. Stop the l-tyrosine first, then if you aren't having any problems, do the same with 5htp, again eating foods that help with serotonin. You don't want to stop everything at once though, and end up feeling crappy and not know why.
How much tyrosine ru taking? You could probably stop taking the L-tyrosine, and just keep taking vitamin b6 vitamin E, and vitamin C. and eat foods that help with dopamine levels.
If u read on the l tyrosine is good for energy and the vitamins will never be a bad thing but at 37 days u should not need any of that keep us posted congratulations on 37 days I'm at 13 days cant wait till I can say that
