anxiety/panic attacks after shrooms?

im 15 years old. i have generalized anxiety disorder. i smoke pot and its helped with the anxiety a bit. but then a little over a week ago i tried shrooms. i ate nearly 2 grams, had a very emotional trip, and ive been weird since then. im not sure if my anxiety has gotten worse or if ive just started focusing on it more, either way its horrible and i dont know how to deal with it. i get more "lost in my imagination" now and its harder to distinguish reality and fantasy now. im terrified that im going crazy, which just makes my anxiety much worse. just now i was laying in bed, i was hugging a pillow, and i thought, what if this pillow was a person? and then i imagined that it was, and then i freaked out because it seemed like a really realistic thought. and then i was scared that i was going crazy and felt a lot of anxiety all at once and and felt like crying. im so scared. please help me.

Please find a trusted adult and let them know what is going on. Sounds like you got into a bad batch. My 21 year old nephew who is staying with me at the moment has tried lots of different drugs including mushrooms. He said that mushrooms messed him up the most of all. I have semt you a message with more information as I will talk to him further about this. Again please let an adult know about this.

HI and welcome to the forum....well out of all the drugs I have done over a life time I can say I all most O/D on taking the wrong kind of shrooms...there are a lot of misconceptions about mushrooms many people think there harmless because there "'natural" the truth is mushrooms are one of the most toxic things you can ingest...if it was placilacibin it usually lasts around 12 hrs of 'tripping" and then its done...if you did what I did and trusted a friend that said he new what he was doing you could wind up like I did and poisoning yourself
my freind went out after it rained and picked our shrooms off of cow patty's DONT TAKE THIS KIND its not placlacibin it is a poison called strychnine that your getting high on
not only did we take the wrong kind but we took way to much...I wanted to go to a hospital
I had a lot of experience with hallucinogenics but truly thought I was going to die that night....no one could drive a car we where all tripping and we where in the middle of no where ...it was the worst trip I ever took and to this day I have never taken another psychedelic drug....I also had the real bad anxzity thing going on like you and the detachment from realty for quite some time....you really need to talk to your parents and get in to a doctor so they can take a toxicology screening on your blood ...the strychnine will still be in your system and they have stuff they can give you b/4 it dose any more damage to your brain....this is nothing to mess with you need to seek professional help take it from an old dope head you need to do this get some help........Gnarly

Sweetheart, go to the doctor. I can't imagine feeling like that. Just go and be honest with your doctor. I have a fifteen year old, and I would hope he would come to me if need be. I understand if you can't tell your parents, but you have to tell someone. You might just be super anxious because you know in the back of your head you did the shrooms. Go to the doctor, and don't do them again.
