chemical chills

thanks to my Medhelp freinds: goingtomarket, worried878, and the rest I have been around only a few weeks, but I went to get help. These people are continually helping people. I ran scared for help and got it and then I tend to get busy. I am glad for people like this. Do have question: Day 15, I am very thankful, have more energy and am doing chores, but the chemical chills hit sometimes and usaully every evening. Will they stop: Please lie to me if you have too.

your body is ridding itself of toxins
Of course...exercise gets rid of toxins...sauna gets rid of toxins and will help speed this process
essential fatty acids (omega-3 and omega-6) found in oily fish and flax seeds
antioxidants vitamins C, E, and beta-carotene/vitamin a
lots of water to maintain hydration and flush toxins from the body
fresh fruits and vegetables...juicing them helps even more..stay with natural foods and avoid processed foods for now
if u r maintaining ur fluid intake at this time...u can try a colon cleanse...i did as i was having an odd odor...i have never really had to worry too much about body odor til detox...just aint ladylike to carry around a body odor!
