crawling skin feeling
Please help me. I cannot deal with the crawling skin feeling. I have six pills left. I don't want to take them anymore but cannot deal with this feeling. I have zero longer so I can't even buy epsom salt or apples-the things I hear that help with this feeling. Someone should put together wwithdrawal baskets or care packages! I need help with this crawlinf sensation or I won't quit.

Hey sweetie... Sorry your feeling like this... You should get rid of your pills BC if you have them you have take them and it will only prolong your WD's. Keeping busy, getting your mind off of it, will help alot!! Utilize us here and we will help u. You can do this!
You probably don't have 6 pills left now do you? And it's just drawing out the detox and nasty symptoms at this point. I promise you cold turkey will not kill you. MANY of us have gone off LOTS of pills cold turkey. (that's assuming you don't have other medical issues going on)
