day 2 no hydro

This is my 1st real weekend without any norco in years. I really don't want to take these pills anymore and I am stuck detoxing at home with no script pills and really no support, my boyfriend knows but isn't helping at all. Everyone says the wd's will pass but the way I feel right now it feels like I will never feel  good or comfortable again. I don't know what to do with myself. I can't sleep but have no energy. Ive taken 5 baths today just to help with the rls and they do work...my skin has never been so soft lol. I don't know, this is tough, and all I can think about is the way I feel and that I don't have any pills. When does the head cloudyness go away and the upset stomach.
Im gonna try and get some sleep but if I can't sleep will check back in a few.
Thanks.

That all seems normal to me , except the period part..LOL ( 50 yr male) Ace bandages worked wonders for my legs, tight not not to tight, also wore body armour, not law enforcement type, the underwear,  made for men/ women. Read
Thomas Recipe, lots of good stuff there.  Take a few days and be selfish with yourself to get clean. I had to force banannas and water but anything will help. Hang in there this to will pass. shakes 1-2 days for me, I still sneeze once in a while. Good luck!

I called my mom and told her everything so she picked me up to talk and let me take a bath in her jacuzzi tub. I feel better now that im home. I was real shaky after that bath, I guess it's all the hydro im sweating out. The bottom of my back is sore. I took some tylenol pm for sleep and im not asleep but I am more relaxed now. Ive been taking pepto and only have been lucky with the squirts and nausia, only this morning. I dont know if this makes a difference or not but I did get my period today too so thats not helping....sorry fellas! Im sure tomorrow I will still feel bad but hopefully I will feel better on sunday, I have a fast metabolism and hope that kicks in with the pills as well.
My legs have not been as restless as I would have thought and they dont hurt that bad, its mostly my back and stomach thats bad. And the depression is still there. My hands are shaky, how long will that last? And I am having sneezing fits everyso often.
take care all, Ill post more tomorrow

Stop thinking about the pills! You are going to drive yourself nuts.  You have the weekend ahead of you and hopefully you will be feeling much better Sunday night. Once you feel a little better, go outside and take a walk - it will really speed up the recovery. Keep doing that everyday thereafter. And stop thinking about the pills.

Never forget the power of a hot bath and a walk around the block.... remembering why you want to be rid of this tyranny!  Clonidine patches (RX) are super helpful and check out some of the thomas rescipe.  Treat the symptoms as they come like immodium for the squirts and so on.  Get tylenol PM for sleep or stronger??? and stay in the moment by moment. We had changed our brains physiology growing new receptors to play catch will all of the drugs being thrown at it.... It's not like booze or alcohol where there is just a 4/5 day hangover... it takes longer... be as patient with youself as you would a 2 year old.
