k....i know about the yawning now....i thought i was just tired from lack of sleep...few ppl over and i yawn steady,,,,they start yawning blamming me,,,,,then i sneeze 9 times in a row....then we laugh....awakened by it....then i yawn...

Sounds like a bunch of sniveling addicts here. The sneezing is fairly common. I didn't get it but many do. I did (still do) yawn.
Day 3 and that's all you can say. then you are doing exceptionally well. Buy stock in Kleenex and good luck.

LMAO!!!  the yawning i thought was just from being tired-only 3 days so yeah i'm tired- the yawning doesn't bother me

Yes, sneezing is a pain.  If anyone manages to find out why sneezing happens during withdrawal, please post it.  I'd love to know why.  I'm 88 days clean now, and I STILL have at least three good sneezing fits a day.  They are getting less, although, very slowly.  My first month, I was sneezing every 30 min or so during the day, and would actually sneeze myself awake at night....ugh!  I almost never sneezed while I was on the meds.  Never went through so many boxes of tissues in my whole life...Lol!

the worst is when you sneeze ten times in a row while driving.  i have never cleaned my dash, steering wheel, and inner windshield more in the last 10 years i have been driving than in the last 10 days.

i have tried to find out today what that sneezing is about but they never say "why" they just say it is a withdrawal symptom..wierd

LOL, i also can't figure out what the medical reason for the sneezing is..But if you are on day 3 and feeling ok that is GREAT!!!!!
it will only get better...
I used benedryl for the sneezing and it helped...

LOL The sneezing is the funny part of withdrawels. No one seems to know why it happens though.

Isn't that the craziest thing ever? I really never found out what the sneezing was about but it lasted a long time and made me nuts. Sorry don't have an answer
