I'm hanging in there. But trying to sleep was impossible!!!!! I get restless leg syndrome in my right arm. Drives me crazy. Any suggestions?

If you can - go to walmart or walgreens and buy Hylands Restful Legs.  Costs about 5 here in Texas, really really helped me!  Hot baths too, 20 mins. at a time, that relaxes your legs and arms too I guess.  Try to drink Gatorade too, your potassium level is down, it always happens when you quit pills.  Or get some potassium supplements?  I bought bananas and stared at them in disgust till they turned black lol...couldnt touch em.  Anyway, good luck to you!  You can get off them!!!  stay strong, keep posting!

It will probably be a few more days before you get any real sleep at night. try to nap if you can. and just know that this time next week you will be feeling a whole lot better. Hang in there and stay strong.

thanks guys! I'm going to grab some hylands today. I tried tylenol PM. It got me drowsy, but didn't knock me out. Do I take the hylands before bed, or all day?

I took it all day, but about 4 at night.  Its a meltaway pill you put under your tongue.  No taste, but amazing for me :)  Good luck!!

Rebecca!! Yes we did!! I was hoping you were doing good. I'm doing pretty good today also. I only stept for a couple hours which sucked, but other than that, it's going better than I thought. The big test for me will be the weekend. that's when I'm used to taking pills during the day and night instead of only at night. It's been almost ten years of this routine, so I'm not sure how I'm going to handle the change.

I didn't do too bad sleeping, I woke up a few times, but slept pretty good. Now I;m going crazy because I just got some money and am having to fight with myself to keep from calling my dealer.
