day 8 and running slight fever, normal?

I'm on day 8 from no opiates after a 5 day suboxone taper at inpatient rehab.  Home now but running slight fever, like 99.3.  Is that normal?  I feel like crap still but I'm now wondering if it's wd or something else.

glad you are feeling better. has your sweating stopped? please try to get some exercise in each day it helps tremendously. getting sun also helps so take a walk outside and you will get both benefits.
congrats on your clean time. you are doing great. the LORD is with you

thanks for the encouragement.  After the last 2 weeks, I will NEVER take opiates again.  I am feeling a little better today so that is encouraging.

I have always run a slight fever during withdrawal, every time. I believe it is normal. I have also had many doctors tell me it is normal for people to swing one degree either way, withdrawals or not.

I am sorry you are concerned, but this is such a non issue, especially considering "normal" is 98.6, you aren't even running a whole degree hotter.
