So happy your trying again. Make whatever changes you think are necessary to STAY clean this time bud. It gets better with time, but we always have to be prepared for triggers and what life throws at us. You will make it. Are you gonna check out any aftercare like you said. Even if it's a meeting here and there, we have to start somewhere. You know how easy it is to relapse for us hardcore's. Hang tough buddy and keep posting. Congrats on your clean time:)
You came off a lot and it will get better in a couple days. Look into the thomas recipe, it can help. Good luck man n stay tough

yea i def kno the drill by nom huh.lol. not funny but true well thanks and im sticking to it this time
Hey JT. Sorry to hear your feeling terrible, but its nice to see you back on.. You know the drill - the first week's the worst, physically and then its a daily struggle to ENJOY sobriety. Sobriety is the greatest feeling ever.. but addiction creeps back in. Hot baths are about as good as it gets.. nothing else will really work. Try some exercise. Work those legs out - give them a reason to complain. Keep strong and keep your head up.
Hey, congrats! How many days have you been clean now? It is so hard those first few days but then as everyone says, it does get a little better each day. One thing that has really been helping me with the restless legs is heating pads. Whenever I am sitting down and watching TV or on the computer or something I always wrap my legs in heating pads and I swear it really does help. Well, I hope you keep it up and keep trying! Congrats on making the decision to get sober.
