Welcome lola, this forum is a great source of inspiration and support.  I'm on day 4 after taking 10 norco, 4 Hydro's a day for the last few months.  I can't taper because I don't have the will power so I had to go it CT.  I can say on Day 4 I feel pretty good, so there is light at the end of the road.  Stay tough, stay focused and yes, get outside.  Being outside really revitalizes your sense of feeling good.  It was hard for me the past 3 days, I had to force myself to open that door, but when you do, you will be amazed.  What else worked for me to help me sleep, I took a low dose muscle relaxer (for the RLS), melatonin and 2 Advil PM.  This worked wonders to help me get some rest.  Drink lots of WATER!!  I can't stress this enough.  I'm drinking close to 2 gallons of water per day.  I started the Thomas Detox Recipe, which you can find on the lower right side of the page.  I believe this is really helping me.  I also find when things get tough, I close my eyes and look back to my life before the drugs.  This really inspires me to stay the course.  If you like music, find music you used to listen to before this addiction.  It tends to remind you of the good times and lifts your spirit.  You can do this.  I found this forum and I can honestly say that the people here are an awesome source of support and inspiration.  It's nice to know that you can come to a place and not be judged.  Stay strong, stay focused and God Bless.  You can do it, we are all here for each other <3  Dave

Tapering should ease the wd symptoms.  You can take immodium for diarrhea.  Make sure you are drinking plenty of liquids, eat bananas and check out the health pages on the lower right hand side of this page.  The amino acids are listed in there.  Moving around is good for you also as that gets our natural endorphins working again.  Have you given any thought to recovery care?  Using is just a symptom of what is really going on.........sara
