Sweeety It happend now even if it was yesterday that is your past. tomrrow is a new day and a new count. Its ok. I just found this site and just coming clean. I have abuse meds. for over 5 years off and on this time being the worse. I know just how you feel right now!!! we everyone of us is all in this together and we all support each other through the great bad and ugly. what ever it was that set you back saty away from it.even it that means your friends. if you where with them and did it, they are not who you need to be around. dont think your not worth any thing. thats the feeling i have going on right now so I am reaching out to anyone I can beacuse I know in my heart I am worht getting clean and staying clean not for my kids not for my husband but for me and me only. its just a bounes for everyone in my life that I get clean. well I wish you the best and your worht the world. please  dont ever forget that. we all step backwards sometimes, now take a step forward. and keep tryin to move froward and if you take a step back start over again. but your worth the world!!!!
