Ultram addiction

Anyone out there have any advise on how to cope with going "cold turkey" from Ultrams? This is my 2nd day. I can't sleep or eat. I hurt so bad all over. I have this horrible prickle/tingle in my fingers, legs, feet and arms. When I try to sleep it gets worse and then my arms and legs start to twitch also. I'm so freaking angry with myself for getting myself into this!!! I need to know how long I should expect these symptoms to go on, and what I can do to get through it. I'm trying really hard to hide it from my kids. My husband knows what I'm going through, but he is at a loss as to how to help me. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP IF YOU CAN!!!!!

Clonidine---Its a blood pressure medication-I picked this tip on the forum. REALLY helps with the wds especially the sleep part. My wife just happen to have some her doctor perscribed for Menopause. I can't say enough about it- It will drop your blood pressure, so be careful. I take 1mg at night before I go to bed. Good luck/God Bless

You are really not supposed to CT off of ultram .It is very dangerous you run the risk of sezuires .That being said the next week Is going to be bad .I did not sleep until night 4.
I know it is summer but an electric blanket helps so much for aches and pain.If you look in the health pages you will see where it says amnio acid protocol  there are a lot of supplements in there that will help.You can do this .
