You might want to jump pretty soon if you are already feeling that way so you dont end up prolonging your WD you have done great you are hitting the home stretch.

You are having rebound pain right now and that should get better also.  The sleep will come back and the diarrhea will subside.  Just stay the course.......You can do this!!      sara

sara is right it rebound pain your body wants its fix so its making pain seem worse then it is .Most of us have found are pain level are less off then on the meds but it going to take a while to get to that point .have you tried aleve or Motrin to see if it helps at all?

until you go all the way off that's why we said now would be a good time to jump..once you jump  diarrhea may last a few days .For some the sleeplessness can take awhile I would exercise everyday it can help with the sleep.

a few weeks before you are sleeping as well constantly it took me 4 weeks before I slept great again but I got sleep before that point it just tended to be broken i would sleep a few hours then be up for an hour or two and go back to sleep.

Good luck. You've done so well!!   Start taking the vitamins in "The Thomas Recipe".
They will really help you. Stay on them!!  Get whatever kind of exercise you can. Our brains release endoephins during exercise and those "good feeling" chemicals last a long time afterward.
All the best!

Hi~  Yes,I'm sure you needed that xanax!  I have not used oxy but I'm very familiar with this. It's a tough drug to quit;even after such a brief time.  I have a great friend who recently went through this. He used this post op and then stopped. It was awful what he went through but it passed and he's fine now. He was shocked though.
Okay. The Thomas Recipe is a vitamin and amino acid protocol. Thomas was an actual member of this forum.  You can find it in the "health pages" upper right, wat to the top of this page.  I think it helps.

PLZ try to stay away from the xanax it so addicting . I dont think the Thomas recipe would help a whole lot but the amino acid protocol could do wonders look in the right had column you will see it .Go get club soda and bananas too they both help with RLS
I think you are doing great try getting out for some short walks anything you can to .Before you know it you will be doing far better.

ohhh one thing I did pull from the Thomas recipe get a good magnesium calcium supplement and some Epsom salts .Magnesium helps with both pain and sleepiness. If you take warm bath with Epsom salts it will help get the magnesium in the muscles .

Oops my fault. That wasn't xanax that you took...I misunderstood.  If you keep taking the oxy,the withdrawal will be more prolonged. Just so you know.

Avisg is right about the actual "recipe". I mostly wanted you to look at all the vitamins and aminos. :)    Quinine helps the RLS. You can buy this otc or drink tonic water which is much cheaper!

Hi~  Okay...get some vitamins in with vit. pills and food. It really helps. You need,as avisg said, calcium, magnesim and potassium especially. So,apple juice, orange juice, milk and multi vits or separate vitamins of each. Bananas are great!! Tonic water because it has quinine in it. All these things help the restlessness tremendously. Also, those hot baths are wonderful...Try this.
Glad the pain is down...whew!
