getting prepared for hell

hi guys, i recently started postin on this site after relapsin on heroin in november ,since christmas my habbit has been outa control, (£60 per day) ive tried over and over to cut it down but after 1-2 days im using the same again, i cant do anything without it wich is so hard because nobody knows iv relapsed ,the last 2 days ive been preparing to go cold turkey, im so determined now i cant fail, today i obtained 60 mgs of methadone and 50×10 mgs of valium i also have lots of vitamins , imodium and painkillers , my plan is to use the last of my heroin tommorow (£40 worth) , next day take 30 mgs of meth and 2 valium , next day take 20 mgs of meth and 4 valium , then 10 mgs of meth and 6 valium , then no more opiates , lots of valium and painkillers and vitamins for the first 3-4 days then taper the valium , also lots of exercise and hot baths, well thts my plan im so determined now i cant fail, any tips/advice will be much appreciated , and support as nobody knows im doin this. its got2 work my life dependsoni

yes, Robert I feel you can get through it. The valium is good but not for more than a week. If you take narcotic painkillers, it could prolong it. all the best

i know most ppl will think my plan is the wrong way to do it but its now or never for me ,my options are so limited , i have heard of ppl goin cold turkey with absolutely nuthin to help, surely the valium, imodium and painkillers will make it a little easier, im not expecting this to be anything less than pure hell, but if i take lodsa valium to get me thru the worst wds it wont be impossible, im so glad to read "u can get thru this", thats the kinda confidence i need , thanks man :)

thanx bro im praying for you also, everyone knows i had a heroin problem before but nobody knows iv relapsed after over a year of bein opiate free ,last time i went on methadone and tapered, this time im goin cold turkey, i also have a gf but she is t total and ive been secretly usin behind her back for 3 months, i hate myself for lying to her as i love her so much, im gunna pretend im deathly ill thru the wds and wen i come out the other side i can put all this bs behind me, its comforting 2 know im not the only one doin this and hopefully we can help each other, i will pray for you friend, good luck.

You plan may not sound good to many, but it could work. If the painkillers are opiate, it could prolong it. After the methadone, you should not take any opiates and just valium and imodium , vitamins. You are dealing with something much stronger than the usual vicodin/hydro detox, but you can get through it . I kicked dope many times and I know what you are up against but don't be intimidated. all the best
