help, please

I'm taking clonidine, with my percocet, and my mastake i took 2 clonidine, that's .2ml, and now i can't move.. I didn't know that this stuff was soooo strong.

You have no idea what happened, last night I used one finger to type, and then I passed out until 9:30 this morning...I didn't/couldn't get out of bed until 11:00am....and I have a house full of kids. Worried878, you were right, I do have low blood presure to begin with usually 90/60- 90/75, I'm a small person in general, so it hit me hard, but I couldn't tell my husband because he would worry TOOOOO much. End of story, I will never do that again. I'm trying to cut back a bit more on my dosage right now so I thought if I took more clonidine it would help.Oops. Have a great day Y'all.

Just keep an eye on yourself, if you feel like you are going to black out, the best thing to do is lie down with your legs and feet elevated above your heart that way you are getting the blood back up where it is most needed.   If someone can comeover and stay with you would be a good idea as well.  If anything get worse all the ambulance immediately or if you have concerns go ahead and call.

also...do you have some coffee?..like strong...will raise it bit...again...go to the ER if you feel like you can not function

Your blood pressure has possibly dropped...do you have access to a blood pressure cuff....drugstore if close by...   .2 mg is not an extremely high dose but it depends upon your normal blood pressure and age as well...most detox with   .1  do not drink or take any relaxing medications.....keep us posted.....what is your normal BP?  and by all means go to the ER if you feel distress

sorry dear but i dont know anything about the clonidine.  there are several nurses on this site so i am boosting you back to the top and see if i can round one up.
