I find that having small and accomplishable goals every day did wonders for my recovery and self esteem. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself. During detox and right after we are so fragile-yet full of new strength that comes from seeing the world through sober eyes. Treat yourself gently with love and compassion, give yourself a pat on the back-and take it one step at a time. Keep moving towards the light....Lu

Hi congratulations!! you are doing great.Now is the time to start putting good nutritious foods into your body.Fruits,vegetables and protein.Also getting some form of light to moderate exercise every day will help alot.Keep up the good job you are doing.
