what things i can do to help me after last day of detox
Hy everyone beside tacking cal mag zinc is there any thing else i need to do that will help me. Down s to 4 mg of methadone so far it has not been bad thanks to advice from this forum you guys that are clean is a god send to take your time to share and help others god bless.
Joining a NA group. It's a must in order for many of us to stay clean....the easy part is getting clean...the hard part is staying clean.
