im thinking of taking med leave or shor term disablity......my work enviorment is toxic for me and i know i cant go back right now.
do you guys know the difference i know on med leave its unpaid.....
Exercise is crucial, I made myself do everything I wanted to do. It was no picnic, but I got it done. Felling pretty good now!

The fatigue is a real pain in the *** to deal with. Sublingual Vitamin B12 works well for me. Like Vicki said, keep up the vitamins.
Some amino's can help as well. The fatigue will pass, just like the wd's did!

J.~ Eat well,take ALL the vitamins,and exercise!!! I've noticed here that people who exercise seem to "get to the othe side" fairly quickly. There IS something to it !!
So,think of something you like to do ( LOL ) and just do it !!! I swim because it's fun for me. Otherwise I DO NOT like to exercise!!! HAHA
