I had the arm thing too. I kept raising them in the air and shaking them. It seemed to help for a bit. I thought it might help tighten up all the muscles too. We may as well try and get in shape while we detox. ugh.
It sux no doubt, it's the legs for me. Eat a banana, take a bath, make some tea and try not to dwell on it. Do you have at meditation cd?I am taking my own advice and miserable too. We can do this :)
Ugh. I am up w restless arms! I cant deal w it. Its the worst part of this for me!. I am losing it lik bad!
I had a melt down at about 2ish but other than that I am going about my daily routine. Everything takes a little longer but as long as I am productive I am ok with that. Meditation cd, nighty night tea and finally watching some t.v.is on my agenda. Last night my head hurt so bad it was painful to see the light on the t.v. My little one will be going to bed in an hour and then it is me time :)
Stay positive and keep moving. The more I lay around the worse it gets. Yeah it ***** not wanting to get off the couch but you have to, especially if you feeling pretty ok :) Most will say 3 and 4 were the worst but for me I know tomorrow (3) will be the best so far. Anxiety snuck up on 5 but I am prepared this time :)
