can any one help me talk about my problem im a 21 oold male and i take narcos because my pain and i have a addiction i take over 10,000 mg of narco  a day and i cant stop and no one to talk two

Hi,
Withdrawls allot like a bad case of flu, once you get past it your body will be ok.(it is aftercare that is so important)
Take immiduim for your stomach, motrin for aches. try the thomas recipe. on this page under "most viewed"  You can also read about suboxine but you are pretty young. I have a 29-30 year addication. If I was young like you I'd quit c/t and go to meetings. There are no NA meetings in my small town. Maybe you can find one near you. You won't feel so alone if you make contact (face to face) with others who know.
There are also on line Na meetings, I go to them. Just go their web site.
you sound very determined, stay strong , you have an entire life ahead of you.

Dont worry your in good company with alot of loving and helpful support here...

What your facing right now...is about the same of 95% of us in here...coming of opaites..

When I was around 10-12 a day...I was able to taper, about 1-2 pills every week until I got down to 4-5 a day....it does make it easier, but for me..it kind of backfired, because my motive for quitting was not right...

So, 22 days ago, I went cold turkey on 18-20 hydros a day....and still going, but it did finally take the right motive.

I guess, my point here...is if you really want to quit..your pretty young and if you think you can taper, you might want to try that route.

All I do know, is the longer you wait, and the higher your daily intake becomes....it gets a lot harder to taper or cold turkey......

So, you sound like your at a good point (and place) to make a plan here. The sooner, the better...

i really do im loosein everything i reallty want 2 i tryed 2 stop cold turcky and my heart start beatin feel like im goin 2 have a heart attack that good good 4 you

if you think you could taper down some your w/d's would probably be a bit easier! I took a LOT of those pills for almost 5 years, I was able to taper down to 5-6 a day over about a month and then went cold turkey. I'm at 30 days clean today! I know its doable. It is unpleasant, I'm not going to lie, but I did it and I'm a big baby! you can do this, it sounds like you really want to quit?

Like I said above you have choices you can try to taper CT or find some program.you really do need to get the amount of tylenol you are taking down you are only supposed to be taking between 3,000mg and 4,000 mg a day  as you know you are way over that.

1000 mg is the Tylenol in them . are they 5mg  7.5mg or 10mg hydro it will say on your bottle.

how many do you take daily? I used to take 8-15 norcos a day, thats 80-150 mgs of hydrocodone. sorry I'm just confused?

How many pills are you taking as day I am assuming you are speaking of the10,000 mg of tylenol in the narcos . If you are taking 10,000 mgs of tylenol a day you are really putting your self at risk for liver toxicity . liver toxicity can be fatal .I would either look into a taper plan or rehabs or even sub .You can do this ...we are here to help.
