is this bad

I was on methadone 50 mg for about 1and1/2 years and my dr. took me off. The wd were not pleasent. Question is I have been taking 30 mg a day for the last 2 months(stupid me) and want to stop again, will the wd's be bad as the first time? Im scared and disappointed in myself but am ready to do this and kinda wanna know and hoping that it may not be as bad, also I would skip 2 days a week.

i'm withdrawing from about 30-40 mgs a day (skipping days here and there) for the passed...over a year, but i took some suboxone so i don't feel that bad.  hang in there.  i will let you know how it is for me, too.

30 mg is not as much as 50 mg...but i am thinking u will feel it..u know what to expect this time and be prepared...perhaps it wont be as bad...u will have to go there to find out....be safe and keep posting..there are alot of articles on methadone in the health pages and the thomas recipe with exercise daily could help u alot...like gtm said..is it possible for u to taper down?

Methadone is plain nasty, anytime you quit. Have you thought about tapering off of it?
