I know what u mean, I posted awhile back then relapsed but only after a day, I'm weak, but I dont want this anymore, I take my meds to feel normal then end up still feeling sleepy and nod off. I hate the withdrawal feelings I go through. Goodluck to you though, I hope u get the help u need.

the oxys arent much about 3 20's a day im sure i can tuff that out i did heroin withdrawl many years ago its about 3x a day and the gabapentin i have been on for 4 years maybe a bit more and i am on 1800 a day im mostly just worried about the leg pain that they were origonally given to me for as i have been up all night with this pain already , the gabapentin has not mental addiction but i have noticed that physically its terrible without it and i read that it it comparable to opiot withdrawl . at this poitn i am mostly scared about my legs because my other withdawls seem to be minimal thanks goodness , but before i started the oxys for the pain i was honestly contemplating having my legs removed just to stop the pain ! i know that is a very stupid way to think but thats how bad it is and with the drs having no idea how to fix it im at a complete loss as to what to do

You should really taper off the Gabapentin.  It can cause seizures in some people, depending on your dosage and how long you've been on it.  Call your doctor and check on how best to come off it.  (If you haven't been on it long and your dose isn't too high, he may say it's fine to sop it CT.)  Good luck.

Did you try any amino acid supplements  to help you  regulate your neurotransmitters that the opiate drugs screw  up and make you feel like crap?
It is a lot harder a thing to do if you don't first prepare and learn how opiate drugs change the way your body's chemistry works, which is normally a self regulating system.

learning how you can use natural amino acid supplements  to provide the neurotransmitters  your body is lacking and needs to  control moods, energy, anxiety, feelings of happiness, well-being, etc. can make this process a much easier one.

Take the time to check out "amino acid protocol" located at the bottom right(or bottom) of the page, as well as the "Thomas recipe" at the same location.

The information on those two pages will help you with  WD symptoms and make getting through this MUCH easier, as well as help make the days, weeks and months following recovery from addiction a lot easier to get through.

What helps us How much Oxy are you taking?  And how long have you been taking it?

As for Gabapentin, how long and how much also? Generally it isn't a drug that a person develops much of a physical addiction to, but it may cause some withdrawal symptoms if you stop using it abruptly.

Check out those two pages, and whatever there is that you don't understand or have questions about, someone here will be more than happy to try answer them and help you as best as we can.
