Hey there, how are things going with you? Feeling better? I am going to be going off work for a while. So I am going to be making time to go to the gym! Now that I have put it out there I will have to follow through and do it.....lololol. We even have deals, at a few of the gyms here, so it will be cheap for me..... Thanks so much for your caring and understanding and support I really need it.
Thanks again, and if you can find the time to go, please try. I felt so good about going, mentally, physically, and I had more energy as well. I cant wait till I feel better to be able to go back.

You are very welcome. Lord knows I need to go to the gym. I lost a lot of weight. I wish I could say it was from working out, but it was simply from not taking care of myself. I am 43 and had a baby 3 years ago, also have a 17 year old and a 13 year old, so I do "run around" a lot...but to actually go to a gym for me, wow that would be awesome. Losing the weight, fast, has caused, let's say an extra amount of skin....lololol would love to deal with that.
Gravol really helped me with sleep. I would take 1 or 2 extra strength before bed. Take care and I hope things go easy for you.
Hey Living, thanks for that, I actually dozed after I worte that. How ironic. Maybe I just had to write it down!! LOL Anyway, yes, Id say the worst is over. And I shouldnt complain too too much, as I used much imodium, cimetidine (Tagamet) and the DXM. All of which helped me. (not with sleep though..lol)
Energy!!!..Gosh I cant WAIT to have that back!! Before I came off, I was going to the gym, almost every day, lost 40 lbs, and said, "who am I fooling? Your still on these dreadful meds!" So, I quit the meds and cant wait to have enough energy to go back to gym..clean!!

Hey there, it's not whining, its surviving!!! I wish I could say the sleep gets better soon, but here I am up with you and I am on day 16. Some nights are better than others. I just wished I had the energy to do stuff. I didn't at day 5 but I do now. So when I can't sleep, I get stuff done! It greats better and it is totally worth it. Day 5 is great. Almost over the worst. For some the worst has past by day 5, hope you are one of them. Have a great day!
