liver ?

On the dr's addiction forum I saw a post by someone who had been taking large amounts of tylenol. They mentioned that their family dr 'felt' of their liver and didnt feel any problems. Would elevated liver enzymes or liver toxicity cause a change in the physical feel of the liver through physical examination?

I believe what they feel for on Physical is if it is enlarged.. A blood test will tell if there are elevated levels.. a biopsy can tell you what stage of liver disease...  hope this helps.. lesa
