I'm on approx day 9. In the beginning RLS was terrible.  It seemed to pass after day 6 or so.  Now it's back with a vengeance. Also. I can't sleep at all. I took xanaflex. No help at all.  It's driving me batty. I start school on Monday and I'm afraid to b  tired. I tappered from icy 15s. I got 90 a month.  But of course I ran out often.  So here I am.  Help!

Congrats on day 9!!! I had RLS before I quit hydrocodone. when I was taking it I didn't have it. I was put on Mirapex before the drugs. It worked real well. You might try Magnesium supplement before asking Dr for the Mirapex. I feel your pain. God Bless

Congrats on 9 days clean!!!  What you are feeling right now is pretty normal.  It wont last very long.  The sleep thing is the hardest so try and stay away from caffeine.  Take a warm bath or shower before bed.  I would drink a warm cup of milk when i was going thru wd's.  It seemed to help.  You are doing great so hang in there,

Or maybe you will be better off waiting a little while for one of the more knowledgable one's they will get to you soon. Their lovely and they are usually here looking out for those that need help. I feel i am pretty much usless to you for advice xxxxx

Hi swettie xx I joined a few day's ago i am from UK. I can't type much as i am in pain and i typed way too much just now. But if you want to talk i am here to listen i am coming off Oxy's and vallium and i CT'd a load of other opiates and trncs, Alcohol, But i came here for help too as i am well, in your shoes i suppose, but i am listening hun.
