Way To Go Brother!!!
Dont worry about the sleep, yesterday (day 7) seemed endless....at least your getting 5 hours.
Try not to take that Ambein too long, after 3 weeks, you can find yourself sleep walking, and doing weird things. I had to quit after taking them for 5 months. But for temporary use, your okay.....
Your on your way to a brand new life! Keep it up my friend and God Bless!
Todd

hi. have you tried taking the amino acids that they tell you about on the bottm right hand side of the page? really works for the RLS, although i am still having trouble sleeping too. also, large amounts of calcium magnesium before bed eally help relax the muscles! good luck, Kova
