mornings are worst?
When I wake up in the morning is when I really feel the worst right now...I feel hot...I am tapering and through on wednesday....shaky and gotta go to work
Break your pills in half and divide 24 hrs. by how many halves you have.
Example...for 3 pills, take 1/2 pill every 4 hrs. 3pills=24 hrs.

You're doing great. I'll be down to that today and tomorrow. Then I will also be one day 1 on wed. I have work today as well. Didn't you say you were planning some days off?
it will be a tough day at work as well...I am by myself as evryone took off for mardi gras..perhaps when I get swamped at work today it will pass
