Help please

I read on here some where that magnesium will help with sleep? I take it every day but in the morning should I take it at bedtime?? Could that be what is making me so tired??

And even just bananas, or any food with a high potassium content, will help with the RLS.  And I agree, take them at night!  Oh, and I also agree - you ARE doing awesome!!

Hi! I take Magnesium and Potassium at night. It helps me with leg cramps and RLS.  Congrats on your clean time. You are doing awesome!
