my reasons for quitting (pics)

i just added 2 pics of my boys from our Easter Egg coloring last night, if you want to see in my profile. They are my main reason I quit the vicodin, and now the cigarettes =)

Beautiful little boys, Trouble..good luck with quitting smoking.  I need to myself.  I've cut down..less than a pack a day (don't smoke in the house so have to go out in the cold garage)so that helps..it's been a cold winter in NH this year.

yup and i would hate to have anyone else to deside to quit that way , the doctors all say our smoking had nothing to do with it ,but there is always a part of you that has doubts.
we got lucky it was removed and he is doing great

i smoked for over 15 years by the time i quit i was smoking well over 2 packs a day ....my  8 year old son ended up with cancer ,its not the way anyone should deided to quit smoking

Good luck, just for added insentive (sp) my best friend died at the ripe old age of 35 from lung cancer, leaving behind a 12 yr old and a wife. If you want to smoke again think of your boys without you. It's a big  deterant.

well i think i just smoked my last cigarette a lil bit ago. I went out in our raging snowstorm, froze half to death, and im dead tired. Ive been up since at least 4 a.m. i think this morning and Im about ready to go to bed here...so looks like this is it, iim about to take the plunge here. wish me luck!

thanks you guys =)  We had such fun doing those eggs last night! I almost want to go out and buy more and do more tonight too, lol.   Cant though...today is my little one's 3rd birthday. I have to go bake his cake here shortly and get stuff ready to make his spaghetti meal for later. Oh and his presents too, duh, lol

Those 2 adorable faces are a great reason to quit !  I am 48 and no children but I have a huge craving to color Easter eggs this year.  I guess I'm entering my second childhood.  I think I will do it !
