RLS occurs usually at nights... i don't know the reason but as soon as i was lying in bed..zassss the tribal dancing started :)
try the Hylands cramps legs if your are feeling those symptoms in the mornings, just a suggestion.
Yes,that feeling of wanting to kick is RLS ergo "kicking the habit"!!

Thanks peeps. I will keep everyone up to date. Going to store to get stuff for restless leg. I feel like my legs want to kick or move in the morning when I am in the start of my WD. Is that RLS? I don't have too many pills for sleep or anxiety so I won't over use or swap an addiction. This forum has been a god sent for me. It is amazing how people in the world who don't even know each other can care so much for others. Thank you!!!!!!
Yea from 20MG a day habit the WD's shouldnt be bad at all. For me, the worse part is worrying about how sick I would be. Now, the real hardest part is the probably the first 30 days and the mental/motivation games that your brain plays.
I was just about to say do it...lol...I agree w/vicki your just prolonging the inevitable. We tend to over think the w/ds...Your down to 2 a day...just jump. You wont know until you try. You will never hear me say its easy, But it is defiantly doable.
One suggestion...Tell your husband to get rid of the rest of what you have when you decide to go. It makes it REALLY hard to know you have an out when you start to feel bad.

Just get something for restless legs. I've been suggesting recently that folks try DMX
which is found in cough syrup and cold tablets for the RLS. Doctors have been using this with good results. Or you can try Hylands Restfull Legs. The RLS and insomnia are probably the worst symptoms.

make sure that you drink a lot of fluids ( gatorade, apple/orange juice, tonic water, green tea.. ) and take a lot of hot baths ( and i mean a lot ) ...
be careful with the ativan and the sleeping pills, don't get addicted to them and stop using as soon as possible, please
ok. I am jumping in!! I have immodium, phenergan, ativan, and sleeping pills. I am exercising and eating really healthy and adding lots of vitamins. Wish me luck. It is now or never. I have to believe that I just have the flu. right?
You can go cold turkey. I don't think it will be nearly as bad as you think. The first 72 hours is the worst. It gets much better after that. You need to do this. You're only prolonging the withdrawals and at two per day,you're already withdrawing!
Get this done today. Just give it up. You'll feel surprisingly strong!
Do you have everything you need? Immodium etc...? Get what you need and begin...
